Mediation
Our office offers Mediation as an alterative dispute resolution process. One of our lawyers can be a neutral third party to allow clients to focus open communication to develop a solution that works for them. Those who choose Mediation as an option often have greater control and input in their resolution while being more efficient and cost effective. Some areas where mediation is beneficial:

Arbitration
In some instances, Mediation is not always the appropriate avenue for resolution is not always the appropriate avenue for resolution and so we also offer Arbitration. One of our lawyers is hired by both parties to hear everyone’s position and provide a binding arbitral decision. The process is often less formal, faster, private and may be less expensive than certain Court processes.
